The 6th International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Informatics (ICELTICs 2026)

It is our great pleasure to invite researchers, academics, professionals, and industry practitioners to participate in the 6th International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Informatics (ICELTICs 2026), which will be held on October 28–29, 2026, in Banda Aceh, Indonesia.

ICELTICs 2026 is hosted and organized by the Department of Informatics, Universitas Syiah Kuala (USK). The conference is co-organized by the Association of Higher Education in Informatics and Computer Sciences (APTIKOM) and technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Indonesia Section.

Under the theme:

“Intelligent Systems for a Sustainable Future: Bridging Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, and Data Informatics”

ICELTICs 2026 aims to provide a high-quality international forum for knowledge exchange, discussion, and dissemination of recent research findings and innovations in electrical engineering, artificial intelligence, data informatics, and related fields, supporting the development of intelligent systems for a sustainable future.

PAPER SUBMISSION

Submitted papers must present original research that has not been previously published and is not currently under review by any other conference or journal. All submissions must be written in English and will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by the Technical Program Committee.

  • Manuscripts must follow the standard IEEE two-column conference format.
  • The maximum paper length is six (6) pages, including figures and tables.
  • Only PDF files are accepted for the review process.
  • All accepted papers must be presented at the conference.

IEEE PDF eXpress

IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service provided by IEEE to assist authors in creating or validating PDF files that comply with IEEE Xplore® requirements. This service enables authors to either convert source files into IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs or verify existing PDFs for compliance.

  • IEEE PDF eXpress will be available for ICELTICs 2026 authors.
  • Final IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s) must be submitted using the provided Conference Record ID.
  • The final manuscript (camera-ready) submission deadline is August 25, 2026.

Non-presented Paper Policy

The committee and IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.

Publication and Indexing


The 6th ICELTICs 2026 has been approved by IEEE for Technical co-sponsorship with the conference record number #TBA. Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for presentation at the conference. At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference to be included in the program. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.
