PAPER SUBMISSION


All papers must be submitted electronically through the EDAS Conference Management System.


ICELTICs 2026 EDAS Submission System

Notice: Final Manuscript (Camera Ready) Submission Deadline – September 15, 2026


Before submitting your manuscript, authors are required to carefully read and comply with the submission guidelines below.

A. PAPER SUBMISSION FOR REVIEW

  1. View the ICELTICs 2026 conference tracks in the Call for Papers.
  2. Papers must be written in English and present original, unpublished research not under review elsewhere.
  3. The length of the submitted paper must be between 3–5 pages in A4 size, following the IEEE Conference format.
  4. All papers must conform to the IEEE Xplore PDF specification for compatibility.
  5. IEEE manuscript templates (Microsoft Word and LaTeX) are available at:

  6. IEEE PDF compliance must be checked using IEEE PDF eXpress.
  7. IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service that allows authors to validate and generate IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF files.
  8. IEEE PDF eXpress Conference ID: 71780X
  9. Submissions that do not meet IEEE Xplore PDF specifications will be automatically withdrawn.
  10. All submitted papers will undergo a single-blind peer review process.
  11. Full paper submission must be completed through the EDAS system. (Conference code: TBA)
  12. The similarity index of the manuscript must be less than 30%. Papers with similarity scores of 30% or higher will be rejected.

B. FINAL SUBMISSION FOR ACCEPTED PAPERS

  1. Prepare the final manuscript in A4 size strictly following the IEEE Conference Proceedings format.
  2. Validate and convert the final paper into an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF using IEEE PDF eXpress (Conference ID: #71780X).
  3. Submit the final camera-ready paper in PDF format through EDAS.
  4. Complete the electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) via EDAS.
  5. At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference. (Registration link: TBA)
  6. Ensure that the paper is presented during the conference. Papers not presented will be removed from the final proceedings and will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore.
  7. Verify the spelling of all author names carefully, as it will be used for the conference certificate and invitation letter.

No-Show Policy: Papers that are accepted but not presented at ICELTICs 2026 will be excluded from the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore Digital Library. No refunds will be issued.

Conferences & Submission Policy

Papers that are accepted and presented on ICELTICs 2026 will be submitted for inclusion publication in the IEEE Xplore. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distributions after the conference, including IEEE Xplore Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author and does not meet the IEEE Criteria.

To ensure a smooth submission process and maintain the high standards of the ICELTICs 2026 conference, authors are required to adhere to the following guidelines:

Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Similarity Policy

The use of content generated by artificial intelligence (AI) in a paper (including but not limited to text, figures, images, and code) shall be disclosed in the acknowledgements section of any paper submitted to an IEEE publication.

The AI system used shall be identified, and specific sections of the paper that use AI-generated content shall be identified and accompanied by a brief explanation regarding the level at which the AI system was used.

The use of AI systems for editing and grammar enhancement is common practice and is generally outside the intent of the above policy. Disclosure is recommended but not required.

You are required to ensure that the similarity rating of your manuscript is less than 30%. Submissions with a similarity rating of 30% or above will be dropped and no longer considered for ICELTICs2026.

No Show Policy

To be published in the ICELTICs 2026 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference.

Papers which are not presented will be removed from the final conference proceedings before publication in IEEE Xplore. No refunds will be issued.
