- Please transfer the registration fee in full amount to our account
- Please note that the payment must be transferred under the registrant’s name and should be stated clearly on the payment slip. Please include the paper ID information on the payment slip.
- For those who register using IEEE/APTIKOM member rate or student rate, a copy of IEEE/APTIKOM member card or student card/verification letter must be attached with the e-mail.
- After performing the wire-transfer, please email a copy of the transaction to iceltics[at]usk.ac.id for record management with subject [payment and your paper ID].
- If the payee’s name is different from the registered author, please notify us immediately.
- Receipt and Letter of Invitation will be issued soon to your email address after you perform the registration fee in full amount.
- All bank charges are to be borne by the participant. You will be responsible to pay for any bank charges incurred.
